Awhi Ora - Supporting Wellbeing is a non-urgent community based support service to help people manage challenges that impact their wellbeing. Types of challenges or problems that the Awhi Ora team can help with include: feeling stressed, worries about your budget, feeling anxious about work, social situations or relationship problems. They can also help with Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) or housing issues.
The types of challenges that Awhi Ora - Supporting Wellbeing can help with is wide and varied. If there is something that is impacting on your wellbeing and you live in Auckland or Waitemata District Health Board (DHB) area, Awhi Ora may be for you.

Awhi Ora is a non-urgent support service. Once an introduction has been made to the Awhi Ora network, you will be contacted within five working days to discuss support needs.
